Fees
Clients domiciled in the United States
- 1.00% on the first $5 million
- 0.75% on assets above $5 million
- Minimum fee: $1,500 per year
Clients domiciled outside of the United States
- 1.50% on the first $1 million
- 1.00% on the next $4 million
- 0.75% on assets above $5 million
- Minimum fee: $2,500 per year
All fees are due and payable quarterly in advance, based on the calendar year quarter end account market value.
Custody & Clearing
Lakeshore Capital does not take custody of assets. Clients may select their own custodian and/or broker or Lakeshore will recommend one.
